A complaint is a mechanism for letting someone know that there is something wrong. The District will either process complaints themselves, place them on file for future reference or will direct them to the appropriate body to handle.

 

Coaches can file complaints about

1)      Coaches, parents or players of other teams

2)      Game Officials

3)      North District officials

4)      League administration

5)      BCSA

 

#1 rule about filing a complaint

 

IT MUST BE IN WRITING and SIGNED by the Complainant.

 

Contents of complaint:

 

When describing a single event please be as accurate as possible when giving Date, time, place, and any environment information that is necessary to describe the event and the complaint.

 

When complaining about ongoing actions then ensure that comments are accurate. Provide dates and times where necessary.
